Part-Time Sales Intern (5–10 hours per week, Remote / Hybrid)
Location:
Remote with optional in-office experience
Schedule: Part-time, 5–10 hours per week, designed for students who can commit 1–2 hours per day
Compensation: Unpaid internship with hands-on sales experience, direct coaching from an experienced sales coach, and resume-building professional training.
OverviewThis internship gives college students real sales experience, doing what salespeople actually do: speaking with leads, presenting clearly, handling objections, and following up. You’ll work with a sales coach who helps you sharpen your skills, improve your delivery, and learn how to use modern sales technology, including CRM tools and AI-assisted workflows, to sell more effectively and build confidence on the phone.
We are a children’s enrichment and event business that runs birthday parties, group events, and field trips for families, schools, and organizations. In this role, you’ll be speaking with parents whose children have visited us in the past and may have upcoming birthdays, as well as reaching out to schools and organizations that work with kids to explore group events and partnership opportunities.
If you’re interested in any role that involves selling, persuasive communication, and using technology and AI to drive results, this experience will carry forward well beyond this internship.
What You’ll Do- Call and follow up with warm leads provided by our team
- Track calls, notes, and follow-ups in a CRM
- Learn how to respond to common objections
- Meet regularly with a sales coach for feedback and improvement
- How to confidently sell on the phone by delivering a clear, structured, and persuasive presentation
- How professional sales teams manage leads and pipelines
- How to use a CRM and stay organized
- Transferable communication and follow-up skills useful in any career
- Current college students or recent graduates
- Strong communicators who are comfortable speaking on the phone
