Lead Carpenter

Archadeck Outdoor Living is a nationally recognized outdoor living builder seeking experienced carpenters for steady, long-term work. We design and build outdoor living spaces, including decks, porches, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and work with various types of composite decking. We provide prompt and generous pay. Our office manages permits, inspections, coordination with building departments and provides detailed plans and materials.

• Build outdoor structures such as decks, porches, pergolas, and 3-season rooms
• Work with composite decking and various materials
• Read building plans and perform material takeoffs
• Maintain tidy personal appearance and a clean, safe job site
• Ladder work and roof framing will be required
• Coordinate with project teams as needed

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and good communication skills
• A solid working knowledge of carpentry principles and materials
• Must own reliable transportation
• Ability to read building plans and create material takeoffs
• Keep a tidy personal appearance and a clean, safe job site
• Ladder work and roof framing will be required
• Must have good references and samples of completed work

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
