Role Description
ACE Supply in Livonia is looking for a reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and repairs on vacuum trucks and other heavy diesel equipment. If you’re hands‑on, mechanically inclined, and passionate about keeping equipment running at its best, we want to hear from you. Experience in vacuum trucks and/or other diesel equipment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on vacuum trucks and heavy equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle performance and reliability.
- Work closely with team members to improve equipment uptime and shop efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with diesel equipment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot heavy equipment issues.
- Ability to execute technical repairs with precision and attention to detail.
