Job Summary

Cambridge is seeking a Director, Data Intelligence & Analytics with a passion for building modern software and data platforms that drive strategic impact. You would have the opportunity to lead the development, transformation, and governance of our enterprise software and data platforms. You’ll oversee a growing team of 12+ software developers and engineers, working at the intersection of cloud computing, data engineering, and software architecture to power next‑generation capabilities and insights.

Key Deliverables And Responsibilities
  • Execute the enterprise strategy for software and data platforms in alignment with business goals.
  • Design scalable and secure systems using modern technologies like .NET, Python, Azure, and cloud‑native patterns (e.g., microservices, API‑first, real‑time data processing).
  • Champion Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and engineering excellence to accelerate delivery and innovation.
  • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and automation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of modern data architectures supporting high‑volume pipelines, real‑time insights, and advanced analytics.
  • Enable AI/ML, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to enhance decision‑making and customer experiences.
  • Leverage tools like Microsoft SQL, Postgre

    SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python to drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional teams of software engineers and data engineers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning that embraces experimentation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with business, architecture, and product leaders to deliver impactful solutions that improve operations and unlock new opportunities.
  • Oversee program delivery, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, translating complex technical ideas into clear business value and guiding digital priorities.
