First Resources Corp. is growing and seeking a dedicated and energetic Job Coach to support individuals in achieving meaningful, community-based employment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with people, building relationships with local employers, and helping individuals succeed in the workplace.

Founded in 1987, First Resources Corp. is a not-for-profit agency serving Southeast Iowa. We provide a wide range of home- and community-based services, including behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, and employment support. • Work directly with individuals to support their employment goals
• Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and support
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners
• Monitor progress and implement services as outlined in each individual's plan
• Maintain professional boundaries and advocate for client rights
• Report health and safety concerns and maintain confidentiality
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and attend staff meetings
• Work a flexible schedule based on client needs

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
• Experience in human services or employment support preferred (training provided)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
