Description:
To plan and provide total patient care through the use of the nursing process.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel.
Maintain standards of professional nursing.
Experience is preferred, but not required.
Negative 2-step Mantoux test or QuantiFERON Gold required within 1 year.
Proof of physical within 1 year required.
Completion of Care Learning education modules required prior to start.
Must have current immunizations as specified.
Criminal background check required for all states where licensed and have lived or worked in the past 7 years.
Certificates for mandatory reporting are required.
Completion of a 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 1 month prior to start.
Participation in holiday coverage is required.
