General Manager

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with a leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience managing high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Starting pay of $57,000. A General Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant is eligible for benefits including:
