Infucare RX is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Fairfield, NJ area. This is an onsite role with flexibility to go hybrid.

As a Senior Accountant, you will support key accounting operations, including accounts payable, monthly financial reporting, accruals, allocations, and revenue reconciliations. This role requires strong knowledge of the general ledger, sub‑ledgers, and month‑end close processes. The Senior Accountant will also contribute to special projects as our department and organization expand. This is a long‑term role with strong potential for professional growth.

Infu Care Rx is a leading home infusion provider accredited by URAC and ACHC offering a specialized approach to caring for patients in need of IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. • Review and preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements;
• As part of the close process, review and check postings from various modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and expense management;
• Complete monthly reconciliations (Revenue, A/R, Bank, etc.);
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner;
• Special projects, as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study (CPA/CMA is a plus)
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience (public accounting or healthcare industry experience a plus)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experienced with large ERP software packages (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus) and/or BI tools (Care Tend BI a plus)
• Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of information
• Demonstration of the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
• Must be capable of functioning with flexibility in assignments
• Must possess strong written and verbal communications
