We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This role is hands‑on and will manage the monthly close, inventory and cost accounting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operations and leadership.

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Lead inventory, cost accounting, and variance analysis
• Partner with operations on standard costing, BOMs, and production reporting
• Prepare and review financial reports for management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requests
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory
• ERP system experience (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA or CMA preferred but not required
