Accountant – MEP Consulting Firm | Northern NJ

Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist with monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Process invoices, expense reports, and client billing.
Track project expenses, budgets, and financial reporting.
Support payroll, cash flow tracking, and general accounting functions.
Qualifications:Accounting experience, preferably within an engineering, consulting, or professional services firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
