Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project managers and ensuring successful project planning, execution, and completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
• Assist in the development of detailed project plans and track progress
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
• Monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on deliverables
• Identify and address project risks and issues
• Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and organized
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving project goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
