Setting: Private Practice
Responsibilities: General Family Medicine Coverage
Required Procedures:
General: EKG Interpretation
Surgical: Incision & Drainage (I&D), Suturing of Minor Lacerations
Occupational Medicine: Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams
EMR System: Athena Health
Support Staff: 2 Physicians in practice
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule as described
On-Call/Weekends: 2 Saturdays per month, no additional on-call requirements
Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required
Local providers only - Mileage reimbursement only - Required
Active NJ License - Required
Internal Credentialing - Must be completed with submitting agency - Required
Clean Background - Highly preferred
BLS Certification - Required
Athena Health Experience - Highly preferred
Recent Outpatient Experience in NJ - Highly preferred
Credentialed with BCBS NJ - Required
