- Jan 25th - Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-30
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No
- Services Available On-Site:
Laboratory, Radiology - Documentation System/EMR:
Athena Health - Practice Population:
Adult,Geriatric
Required General Procedures
: EKG Interpretation
Required Surgical Procedures: I & D (Incision & Drainage), Suturing of Minor Lacerations
Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams
- Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
- Required - Local providers- only mileage will be reimbursed
- Required - NJ license in hand- Required
- Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency- Required
- Clean Background- Highly preferred
- BLS
- Required
