Electrical Project Manager
Actalent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million in scope.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million in scope.
- Oversee projects strictly within Jersey, focusing initially on Monmouth County.
- Attend and actively participate in client and foreman meetings.
- Prepare and review project paperwork and submittals.
- Coordinate and manage change orders and RFIs.
- Ensure projects are executed from the ground up, including takeoffs and multifamily construction.
- Conduct two‑week look‑ahead reviews to ensure project timelines are met.
- 10 years of experience in the electrical construction field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Procore and other project‑management tools.
- Experience with ground‑up construction and electrical projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a foreman or in the field.
- Detail‑oriented with experience in takeoffs, submittals, and change orders.
The position requires five days a week in the office. Projects are located within a 30‑mile radius, ensuring a focused and manageable working area.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, NJ.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 – $57.70 per hour.
