Applications Engineer

AZCO Corp. is looking for an Applications Engineer to support our sales team and customers by turning application requirements into practical equipment solutions.

This role combines technical problem-solving, quotation development, and customer support. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, and operations to prepare proposals, answer technical questions, and help customers identify the right equipment for their needs.

• Develop a strong working knowledge of AZCO equipment and applications.

• Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Prepare quotations for standard and custom equipment.

• Assist customers and the sales team with technical questions.

• Coordinate with engineering and operations on specifications, pricing, and lead times.

• Participate in customer meetings by phone or Microsoft Teams.

• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer information.

• Experience in applications engineering, technical sales support, manufacturing, or a related role.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to generate quotations accurately.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable interacting with customers.

• Strong computer skills.

• Engineering, mechanical, or industrial technology background is a plus.
