Senior Payroll Specialist - Fully Remote (Temporary Engagement)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist for a temporary engagement in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a hands‑on payroll lead with high‑volume processing experience and strong expertise in both U.S. and international payroll platforms.

• Manage and process high-volume payroll for approximately 1,500 employees
• Lead and oversee payroll operations as a hands‑on supervisor
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution across U.S. payroll (ADP) and international payroll (Cloud Pay)
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal controls

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
• Strong hands‑on experience with ADP (U.S. payroll) and Cloud Pay (international payroll)
• Proven success managing high-volume, multi‑entity payrolls
• Experience with bank reconciliations
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and effective in fast‑paced environments
