Overview

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the end-to-end client experience with a focus on onboarding, deposit account opening, account servicing, and operational coordination in a banking environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients
• Manage the client relationship
• Open banking accounts and handle account maintenance and transactions
• Collect required client documentation
• Respond to client requests and resolve account-related issues
• Meet with clients face-to-face or via phone if needed
• Understand treasury services and banking tools to identify required documentation and support client setup and ongoing needs

• Strong familiarity with banking products, operational processes, and internal service procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and core banking systems; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workloads effectively
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate account structures
• Understanding of treasury services, online banking platforms, and related operational tools

• Required
  : 3-5 years of experience in a banking environment

• Bachelor’s degree and experience working with a variety of commercial or corporate clients, including healthcare, real estate, government, and commercial enterprises
