Core Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and Intune.
• Manage Microsoft Entra , including user provisioning, group policies, and conditional access.
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics; optimize configurations for reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and enforce security policies across Microsoft 365 services, including MFA, DLP, and compliance settings.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft 365 Defender security tools.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 and cloud-related issues and elevate to vendors when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support patching, updates, and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 and Azure applications.
• Assist in training users and departments on Microsoft 365 tools and features.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for cloud-based services.
• Participate in administration and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Participate in managing and maintaining VMware environments including vSphere, VM provisioning, and backup operations.
• Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and VMware environments.
• Certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration.
• Experience with Power Shell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and compliance center tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies including Windows Clustering, backup and storage solutions.
• Proficiency in managing network devices and protocols.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere and related tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• General knowledge of banking or Credit Union policies and procedures.

Pay: $47,478.50 - $91,492.17 per year
