Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (Spanish Speaking)

Location: Fairfield, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

Travel: Monthly travel to Mexico (Monterrey plant)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant (Spanish Speaking) to provide end-to-end support for Financial Accounting and Controlling processes. The consultant will work closely with business and finance teams to optimize workflows, support implementations, and ensure smooth ongoing operations. This role requires regular collaboration with teams in Mexico , including monthly onsite visits

• Provide end-to-end SAP FICO support including configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Support SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to streamline accounting and controlling processes.

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP FICO solutions.

• Work onsite with local teams at the Monterrey, Mexico plant during monthly visits.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and financial compliance standards.

• 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience (implementation and support).

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.

• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) — must be clearly stated on resume.

• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English

• Ability and willingness to travel to Mexico once a month (must be clearly stated on resume).

• No travel or visa restrictions for Mexico.

• Experience with
  LATAM tax compliance and localization
  .

• Integration experience with SAP modules such as MM and SD
  .

• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
