We are seeking a SMPTE 2110 Broadcast System Engineer who can deliverbothhigh-quality technical trainingandsupport hands-on implementation services for our customer sand service partners.

• Deliver basic and advanced technical training to customer sand service partners,helping them confidentlyoperateand integrate our product families and applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Cerebrum, Neuron, Strada, and related IP/broadcast workflow and core technologies.
• Support customer implementations by installing and configuring systems, solutions, equipment, and demo environments.

• Deep understandingofbroadcastsignal flow,and transition from
  
  SDItoIP networking fundamentals and workflows–cybersecurityin
  
  IPmediaisa plus Proficiency with SMPTE 2110 (video, audio, metadata over IP), including timing & synchronization protocols and control plane standards
• Experienced in delivering advanced technical training
• Skilled ability in troubleshooting and implementation work Comfortable influencing stakeholders and guiding customers through complex scenarios-awareness of cloud media workflowsisa plus Organized, communicative, and able to work independently under a contract model
• Experience with escalation handling and cross-team collaboration
  
  Good documentation practices and a mindset for continuous learning
