Our client, an independent agency with almost 100 years of experience, is looking for an Insurance Agent to join their growing team in Fairfield, NJ. • Generate new Personal and Commercial Lines business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options across Home, Auto, Umbrella, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and more.
• Prepare and present competitive quotes from multiple carriers.
• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients.

• 2+ years of experience selling or servicing Personal and/or Commercial Lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Strong understanding of standard coverage for both individuals and small-to-mid-size businesses.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and quoting platforms.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic.
• Ability to work in office.

• Base salary to 70k/year plus commission.
• 3 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and your birthday off.
