About the Client- Our client, an independent agency with nearly a century of experience, is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Fairfield, NJ. This role offers the chance to be part of a close-knit group that values long-standing client relationships and team collaboration.
- Provide support to a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers handling a general book of commercial accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, claims, and policy updates.
- Conduct marketing, remarketing, and rating for accounts.
- Issue policy certificates of insurance and .
- Address customer issues and ensure follow-up to resolve concerns.
- 2+ years' experience handling commercial accounts.
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC.
- Current valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- Base salary to 75k/year.
- Group benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401k.
- 10 holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 3 personal days.
- This is an in-office role.
