• Lead and manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters
• Strategize and oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial
• Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Maintain and grow relationships with insurance carriers and clients
• Participate in firm leadership and business development initiatives
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm’s litigation practice

• Recent experience as a Partner
• Currently licensed in DC, MD, or VA
• Must live currently in DC, MD, or VA
• Recent insurance defense experience
