Challenging and exciting opportunity with a major semiconductor equipment and contract manufacturer based in NJ. The role requires a highly motivated, self‑directed CNC machinist to set up and operate horizontal and vertical machining centers.

• Set up and operate horizontal and vertical machining centers.
• Prepare, edit, and improve G‑Code programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, supervisory and manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information and improve operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and GD&T, and work from verbal instructions.
• Use hand‑measuring tools (pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.) to check parts produced.
• Inspect the “first piece” of each job set‑up, verify and measure features for tolerance, adjust as needed and submit for first‑article approval.
• Enter accurate job times via the ERP system and coordinate with production planning.
• Maintain a personal set of tools for all job functions.
• Demonstrate Good Machining Practices (GMP).
• Support 5‑S program initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years experience as a CNC machinist.
• Proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, G‑Code and machine setup for production runs.
• Dependable with a positive attitude.
• English language proficiency (required).

• 5 years required experience as a CNC machinist.
• English required.
