• Lead shifts every day, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service
• Plan and monitor shift performance, safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals
• Ensure food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage crew, oversee quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training

We are looking for Shift Managers who take responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service, thoughtful delegation, training participation, inventory and labor monitoring, and adherence to company policies, food safety procedures, health and sanitation regulations, and customer courtesy.
