Customer Service Associate

Starting hiring pay at: $16.50

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role you will take orders in the drive‑thru, assemble orders, deliver food, clean the dining room, talk to customers, etc.

We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing and everything in between. Whether you have experience as a cashier, server, cook, prep cook, drive‑thru cashier or any restaurant or service role – we have a position for you. Even if you don’t have previous restaurant experience, this position is entry‑level and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate.

Within your first year you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through training, certifications and performance evaluations.

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask
