The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

Responsibilities (typical day)

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
• Inform guests about current promos and store activities
• Know tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience
• Thank guests for shopping at Target
• Explain Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering)
• Assist with returns following store policies and escalate as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
• Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests
• Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner
• Follow safety policies and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related duties in compliance with laws
• All other duties based on business needs
