The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

- Ability to educate guests about products and services
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Staying focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
Responsibilities (typical day)
- Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience
- Greet guests and assist with daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Inform guests about current promos and store activities
- Know tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience
- Thank guests for shopping at Target
- Explain Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up as needed
- Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- Explain and demonstrate Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering)
- Assist with returns following store policies and escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests
- Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner
- Follow safety policies and report hazards
- Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and related duties in compliance with laws
- All other duties based on business needs
