Job Duties- Immediate lead follow‑up:
Call, email, and message prospects showing active interest. - Multi‑channel outreach:
Engage through phone, email, and Linked In to schedule qualified meetings. - Lead qualification:
Confirm fit (U.S.‑based SMBs under 200 employees) and uncover key IT pain points. - CRM management:
Log all activity, notes, and follow‑ups in Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics. - ABM collaboration:
Coordinate with Marketing to target named accounts using AI‑driven intent data. - Cold outreach (as time allows):
Build and nurture new conversations from target lists. - Pipeline hand‑off:
Transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives smoothly and accurately.
- 2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in Managed IT, SaaS, or tech‑enabled services.
- Comfortable with high‑velocity outreach and quick context switching.
- Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Linked In prospecting, automation tools, and AI‑driven marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, curious, and detail‑oriented – someone who thrives on measurable results.
