We are excited to expand our team and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as an Entry‑Level Sales Representative.

Position Overview

As an Entry‑Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and building relationships with potential customers. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn about sales, develop their skills, and contribute to our company’s growth. You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos:
    Present and demonstrate Upcycle USA’s products/services to prospective clients. Answer customer questions and address any concerns to facilitate the sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with new customers. Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Process and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth and effective sales process. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions and goals.
  • Learning and Development:
    Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Attributes:
    Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
