Experienced Maintenance Technician at Premium Digital Office Solutions has been a leader in the managed print service industry for over twenty-seven years. We are seeking a dynamic individual that is self‑motivated and driven.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing a full range of on‑site maintenance for printers and multi‑function devices
• Setting up new machines in the warehouse prior to customer delivery
• Traveling to customer location to install new office equipment
• Traveling to customer location to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair error codes, fix, and maintain printers and copier equipment

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Must have a proven track record in outstanding customer service
• Product knowledge with maintenance and parts of Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, and Lexmark or other industry manufacturers
• Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network solutions
• Able to drive a small box truck

Requirements for success:

• Able to work independently on site and off site
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have good time management skills and repair equipment properly
• Communicate when off‑site back to home base via email
• Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel daily to customer sites which may include NYC occasionally
