Experienced Maintenance Technician Premium Digital Office Solutions has been a leader in the managed print service industry for over twenty-seven years. We are seeking a dynamic individual that is self-motivated and driven.
Role SummaryAs a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a full range of on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices
- Set-up new machines in warehouse prior to customer delivery
- Travel to customer location to perform installation of new office equipment
- Travel to customer location to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair error codes, fix, and maintain printers and copier equipment
- Must have a proven track record in outstanding customer service
- Product knowledge with maintenance and parts of Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, and Lexmark or other industry manufacturers
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network solutions
- Able to drive a small box truck
- Able to work independently on site and off site
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Have good time management skills and repair equipment properly
- Communicate when off-site back to home base via email
- Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel daily to customer sites which may include NYC occasionally
