C++ Fintech Developer, Onsite

We are seeking an experienced C++ Fintech Developer to join an engineering team and help expand the platform. This role involves developing performance-critical systems that process and analyze complex fixed‑income data in real time. The ideal C++ Fintech Developer should have strong experience building high‑performance C++ applications and an interest in financial markets or trading technology.
This position is 100% Onsite.

• Design, develop, and maintain low‑latency C++ components for the data processing and analytics engine.
• Optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product specialists to translate business and market requirements into technical features.
• Build interfaces for integrating with market data feeds, APIs, and client systems.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and future platform development planning.
• Work closely with leadership and product teams in an on‑site, collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in C++ development (C++17 or newer preferred).
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, distributed systems, and network protocols.
• Experience in real-time systems, data pipelines, or financial/trading applications a plus.
• Must be onsite 5 days per week at the Fairfield, NJ headquarters.
