Swim Instructor Fairfield – British Swim School - Hudson Waterfront

Join us at British Swim School and help children and adults develop essential life‑saving water skills. We’re seeking passionate, energetic individuals to serve as swim instructors in our Fairfield location.

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided).
• Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.
• Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.
• Support a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere both in and out of the pool.

• You love working with kids and making a difference.
• You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
• Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool.
• Must complete our paid swim instructor training.

• Pay starting at $16.50/h + potential $2.70/h performance bonus.
• Paid training – swimming skills required.
