Provider Requirements- 3 Electrophysiologists
- Vacancy due to staffing needs
- Inpatient/Hospital-Based and Clinic
- Population: Adults and Geriatrics
- Inpatient vs. Outpatient Ratio: 75% Inpatient, 25% Outpatient
- Average Patient Load: 4-5 patients per day
- Trauma Level: Level 1 facility
- Procedures: Proficient in ablative techniques, pacemaker insertions, ICDs, and BiV pacing.
- Documentation: Utilizing Epic EMR system.
- Additional Info: Actively recruiting for permanent positions.
- Estimated Timeframe: 3 months for candidates with Ohio DEA and Medicare; up to 4 months for those without.
- Yes, contingent on a clean file with no malpractice claims; still requires a 3-month credentialing process.
- Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
- Board Certification: Required in Electrophysiology
- State License: Ohio license preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (both required)
- DEA Registration: Required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Electrophysiology (required)
- Fellowship Training: Required
- Mandatory
Certifications:
