- Justification for Coverage: Short-term disability of a full-time provider
- Practice Settings: Inpatient/Hospital-Based and Clinic
- Population: Adult (100%)
- Care Setting Split: 20% outpatient, 80% inpatient
- Average Daily Patient Load: 10-15
- Trauma Center Level: 1
- Inpatient rounding
- Endovascular and surgical procedures
- Clinic duties
- After-hours call coverage
- EMR platform utilized: EPIC
- Estimated Timeline for Credentialing: Approximately 3 months, contingent upon holding an Ohio medical license with an Ohio DEA and Ohio Medicare enrollment
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Standard Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Board Certification: Required in Vascular Surgery
- Ohio Medical License: Preferred
- Certifications:
- BLS and ACLS (Both REQUIRED)
- DEA Registration: Required
- Professional
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years (REQUIRED) - Fellowship Training: Required in Vascular Surgery
- Background Check: Must have a clean history with no malpractice or licensing issues; no exceptions
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
