HR Manager

Summary: Kierstead Search Group, a premier nationwide executive search firm, has partnered with a prominent manufacturing company in the Southwest, OH area to help them find an HR Manager with entrepreneurial spirit that wants to leave their legacy on an organization. Due to the organization's growth, this is a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory, and the processes and systems you will put in place will have a direct impact on the future of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a motivated self-starter that wants to add more value and work autonomously.

• HR Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience putting processes in place and reorganizing and evolving Company and professionalizing atmosphere. Example may be putting programs together for career advancement
• Need to be seasoned/experienced with an established company that has processes in place and understands business
• Understand FMLA, labor laws, payroll/benefits, and handling payroll (ideally Paylocity but Paycor or ADP would be fine also)
• Need to be tech savvy
• Need to be OK with being a "one man band" but eventually will have direct reports
