Desktop Support

Our client seeks a Desktop Support contractor to image equipment, install software, and set up devices for new hires, transfers, and contractors. The role will also support associates as part of a Corporate Refresh program and assist with the Autopilot experience via Intune, including manual software installations and printer configurations.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $20.00 to $25.00/hr. w2

• Image end-user devices and prepare hardware for deployment.
• Install and configure required software and applications.
• Set up devices for new hires, transfers, and contractors.
• Support Corporate Refresh activities, including device replacements and upgrades.
• Support Windows Autopilot via Intune and troubleshoot enrollment.
• Perform manual software installations as needed.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
• Document work performed and update asset records.

• Demonstrated desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency installing software and configuring printers.
• Customer service skills and the ability to support end users.
