Build your future with usThe Loss Control Department is currently seeking Technical Specialist. This specialist will function as a subject matter expert on Liability loss control activities and provide consultation and evaluation of General Liability exposures and controls for loss control, underwriting, sales, agents, policyholders, etc. The specialist will assist management and internal business units with evaluating General Liability risk potential by analyzing data, incident trending, and preparation of reports.  

Responsibilities for this position may be fulfilled remotely, but require periodic travel to our Fairfield, Ohio headquarters. Travel will also be required for account servicing and department functions.

Salary:
The pay range for this position is $80, annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Qualifications

Be equipped with:10 years or more of relevant Liability risk management experience.  In lieu of direct insurance industry experience, candidates with a level of experience outside of the insurance industry who have a broad spectrum of direct experience with an understanding of commercial insurance risk management concepts like contractual risk transfer, including those with legal backgrounds that involve litigation of bodily injury and property damage claims would be considered undergraduate degree in safety engineering or related science.
