Content Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a positive, experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our content restoration team. Our company has been a leader in insurance mitigation since 2000, recognized as "Franchise of the Year" by Rainbow Restoration, and we partner with local contractors to provide top-tier content restoration, structural cleaning, and storage solutions. Our new facility in Fairfield, OH, enhances our capacity with state-of-the-art tools.

We are looking for a skilled leader to manage jobs and staff effectively, with a focus on business management, estimating, customer service, and project execution.

• Maintain service schedules to meet customer needs
• Manage subcontractors and staff for on-time, on-budget projects
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies
• Inspect job sites for quality, timeline, and standards
• Build referral relationships with management
• Improve recruitment and training processes
• Lead morning huddles to set daily goals
• Schedule cleanings at our Tri-State facilities, including Fairfield, OH
• Oversee content cleanings, pack-outs, and moving crews
• Assess damage on-site and assist with detailed scopes of work
• Perform other duties as needed

• Proven project management experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in word processing, business software, and spreadsheets
• Professional demeanor and teamwork ability

Hours:

Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM. Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year. We offer health, dental, life insurance, matching 401(k), and paid holidays/vacations.
