Braze Assembly – Bodycote, Fairfield, OH

Based in Fairfield, OH, the Braze Assembly C position will perform essential job functions under general supervision, responsible for the preparation of customer parts for brazing according to written requirements/specifications.

• Receiving and inspection of customer parts for brazing.
• Preparation of customer parts for brazing according to blueprints and specifications, including cleaning and assembly.
• Practice and promote safety and good housekeeping.
• Work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
• Responsible for the care and treatment of customers’ inventory and will perform duties safely and responsibly to prevent customer loss or damage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by the position.
• Report to work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co‑workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.

• ITAR compliance requirements; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of experience in brazing.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Hands‑on experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases.

• Work in a sitting position for extended periods (at a desk, while driving, or on airplane travel) in an office/industrial environment.
• Manual dexterity for data entry functions.
• Ability to bend, pull, stoop, climb, twist, and reach to perform functions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Potential exposure to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity.
• Required cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
• Auditory ability for in‑person and phone communication.

• $1,500 Sign‑on Retention Bonus.

• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
