Shipping Team Member

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay:$19/hour starting

Job Type:Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm (or completion)

We ship live insects for the pet industry.

The Shipping Team Member is a team memberwho is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping live insect orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and consistent execution. This position focuses on packaging our crickets in bulk amounts for shipping.

• Pack and prepare live bulk insect orders for shipment
• Ensure order accuracy before shipping
• Label and organize outgoing packages
• Safely load and unload shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow safety and handling procedures at all times
• Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently
• Work with a team to meet daily shipping goals

• Comfortable working in hot, humid, dusty conditions
• Ability to safely handle live insects

You will be expected to:

• Follow all safety procedures
• Handle materials and equipment responsibly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Report issues immediately to leadership

We maintain a structured, safety-focused environment where consistency matters.

• Sunday–Thursday
• Day shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs)
