We are seeking dedicated individuals for full-time production and warehouse roles located in Fairfield, Ohio. Specific scheduling details, including operational days and shift hours, will be finalized during the interview process.

• Handle the sorting, labeling, picking, and packaging of various products.
• Assist with material handling to ensure smooth warehouse and production workflows.
• Perform fundamental quality inspections while adhering to established operational guidelines.
• Maintain a tidy, orderly, and secure workspace to promote efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to help the team achieve its daily objectives regarding safety, quality, and output.

• Maintain consistent attendance and commit to the designated first-shift schedule.
• Demonstrate the physical capacity to execute core job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Show a proactive attitude toward mastering safety protocols and quality standards.
• Previous background in fulfillment, retail stocking, packaging, or production environments is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• No prior forklift certification is necessary unless a specific role assignment requires it later.
