We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager II to oversee store operations and lead a dynamic team. This role requires a 5‑week manager‑training program, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

• This position has a required 5‑week manager‑training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self‑performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
