• Lead the Sales Team — Set the pace, create urgency, and keep the team focused on the goal.
• Develop People — Coach sales consultants, sharpen their skills, and help turn potential into performance.
• Desk Deals — Work deals strategically while balancing customer satisfaction, profitability, and team objectives.
• Drive Accountability — Set expectations, track performance, and make sure commitments become results.
• Create Energy — Build a showroom culture where people want to compete, improve, and win.
• Work the Floor — Be involved in the action. Jump into deals, help solve problems, and lead by example.
• Track the Numbers — Know your traffic, appointments, closing ratios, units, gross, and other key performance metrics.
• Partner With Leadership — Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to keep the entire operation moving forward.
• Deliver a Great Customer Experience — Winning numbers mean more when customers leave feeling taken care of.

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Previous automotive sales management experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong understanding of the automotive sales process
• Experience working deals and negotiating with customers
• Strong knowledge of dealership performance metrics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends
