** Job Overview
** Hern Marine is seeking a full-time Accessories & Marketing Specialist to provide exceptional customer service within the Accessories department while also supporting the dealership’s social media presence, customer events, and product demonstrations. This position helps customers identify products that enhance their boating experience, supports accessory sales and department operations, creates engaging dealership content, and assists with events and other customer engagement activities.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Assists customers with marine accessories, boating products, and product selection
* Provides knowledgeable customer service and helps identify products that meet customer needs
* Supports accessory sales, special orders, product displays, and general department organization
* Maintains familiarity with available accessories, product features, pricing, and boating applications
* Creates and posts engaging social media content featuring products, boats, customers, and dealership activities
* Works with dealership staff to identify timely content and promotional opportunities
* Helps coordinate customer events, boat demonstrations, boat shows, and other dealership activities
* Supports event preparation, promotion, and on-site execution
* Performs other customer service, marketing, and dealership support duties as assigned
** Qualifications / Requirements
*** Valid driver’s license
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn and explain marine accessories and boating products
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail or dealership environment
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
* Comfortable taking photos, creating short videos, and writing simple promotional content
* Creative, dependable, and willing to take initiative
* Ability to work collaboratively with sales, service, and dealership staff
* Interest in boating and the recreational marine industry
* Previous retail, customer service, marine, or dealership experience preferred
* Previous social media, content creation, or event experience preferred
