The Role

You’ll diagnose and repair residential drain systems, guiding customers to confident and informed buying decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise.
  • Accurately complete required warranty paperwork.
  • Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients.
  • Track time and inventory daily.
  • Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members.
  • Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
  • Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills.
  • Obtain necessary certifications (we’re happy to help you get there!)
Qualifications
  • A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
  • Service Titan experience preferred.
  • Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
