Location:
On-site across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 45–55 hours/week; occasional Saturdays
- Understand and execute daily and weekly work plans
- Operate safely in all weather conditions
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layout stakes
- Operate dozers for bulk and finish grading (experience required)
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Adhere strictly to our Employee Safety Policy
- Arrive on time, alert, and prepared to work
- Available to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to motivate others
- Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
- Clear communicator—verbal, text, and phone
- Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs on rugged terrain
- Respectful of other crew members and their contributions
- Time management and self-discipline are essential
- Operator - 2–3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
