Hilco Vision has a state-of-the-art facility in Fairfield, Ohio! Our Distribution Center is searching for experienced Distribution Associates to join the team! These positions are responsible for picking, packing, and shipping within the department. Accuracy and speed are both necessary to meet customer demands and company expectations. Over time is sometimes mandatory, and some Saturdays are scheduled with advanced notice.

The shift for this role will be 7am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

• Able to work independently and within a team environment; understanding that the customer need is of the utmost importance
• Can read, write, and speak English
• Multi-tasking skills, working on different orders at once
• Comfortable with using a ladder, comfortable with heights of 10’
• Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 40lbs
• Lot number experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders at department standard pick/pack rates
• Receive and put away inventory
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• You’ll be working around moving machines – order pickers, stand-up forklifts, and mobile carts
• Operate power industrial trucks such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet for order picking
• Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
