Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

The primary function of the Warehouse associate is to process all inbound and outbound shipments for domestic & international household goods, commercial, and containers. The candidate will be required to perform labor functions in the field as directed by the supervisor. The position requires exceptional communication and planning, often combined with fast-paced problem solving.

The ideal candidate will possess household goods moving experience and have the ability to consistently report to work timely with a positive attitude, and be willing to work as a team with other members of the warehouse and service.

• $20-$23 per hour (Payroll frequency: biweekly)
• Referral bonus and quality based bonus plans in place
• Paid time off

Company will provide thorough training immediately upon hire, consisting of in-warehouse and in-field training on general moving industry practices and inventorying processes.

• Pull/put away crates for inbound/outbound shipments
• Maintain order and cleanliness of facility (Warehouse)
• Ensure compliance status for Military and OSHA
• Materials management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to the Employee Handbook
• Communicate any potential problems affecting daily operations to supervisor
• Accept and perform additional job duties as assigned

• Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision

• Must be able to become properly certified and safely operate warehouse power equipment
