Hilco Vision is currently searching for a Receiver to join the team! The Receiver will support various operations within the warehouse ranging from receiving incoming freight, counting incoming Purchase Orders, and accepting products into the system.
The hours for this shift will be 7:00am - 3:30pm and the pay is weekly.

Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience working in a receiving or warehouse environment.
- Experienced with MS Excel to export, review, and clean up spreadsheets relative to product inventory data.
- Well versed in receiving, loading and unloading, stocking, and inventory control.
- Able to read and understand a BOL in order to confirm proper delivery amounts and delivery locations.
- Able to operate a computer for receiving incoming product into the system as well as making other inventory related transactions and conducting basic mathematic equations.
- Punctual, reliable, team player.
- Comfortable working in a varied environment; hot, cold etc.
- Responsible for receiving inventory into the system by counting incoming purchase orders, verifying counts, and using our ERP and WMS system.
- Utilize MS Excel for data cleanup, running reports, exporting data from WMS (Softeon) and ERP (Infor M-3).
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
- Unpack, count and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
- Work with team to safely load and unload truckloads of product.
- Accurately accept delivery of inventory by counting and confirming physical product amounts to verify what is listed on packing lists matches up with the product amounts coming in.
- Storing of and putting away inventory in a safe accessible manner using hand trucks, pallet jacks (electric and manual), as well as reach trucks and forklifts.
- This role requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Education Experience Licenses & Certifications- Fork Lift Certification.
